Manila Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP) was established in 1999 to handle the aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations of Philippine Airlines as well as the servicing of its engines and components.
Over the medium term, LTP envisions its Manila facility as a "one-stop shop" offering the full range of aircraft MRO services. In
this regard, LTP enjoys two advantages: regional proximity and highly skilled manpower. It provides routine maintenance and
troubleshooting services to regional and international passenger and cargo carriers and hopes to cover more engine types in widespread
regional use.
After a year of operation, LTP's manpower complement had grown to 1,500. It was time to address back-office operations,
particularly in the area of Human Resource Management. LTP acquired Oracle Payroll to support its payroll requirements and
TALSYS to manage its time, attendance, and leave applications. Leverage Systems Technologies is integrating these systems
to seamlessly connect the time-keeping device to the time keeping software to the payroll and HR applications, thereby providing
an error-free solution.
Leverage Systems Technologies (LST) has extensive experience in implementing an integrated solution for Human
Resource Management. Our principal, Cyborg Singapore, has extensive experience in the integration of Oracle Payroll with other
Cyborg modules. Oracle Payroll complements and integrates with the Electronic Time Monitoring System (eTime).
