OUR PEOPLE
LST has a large pool of highly skilled professionals who are very proficient
in the English language. These full-time IT consultants are based in the Philippines
and in the US. They have extensive experience in consulting, systems integration,
software application management, networking, and enterprise systems management.
A large number of our consultants have been certified by Microsoft and by our
various business partners for proficiency in their respective areas of specialization,
in particular LST is a Microsoft Certified Partner and IBM Business Partner for
WebSphere.
To augment academic knowledge and keep them abreast with innovations in
technology, we invest in in-house and external training for our people as well
as for our client personnel. For each software and networking product that we
represent, both our marketing, sales and technical support personnel are sent abroad
to get hands-on training at our partners' sites and customer installations. Our
staff further develops their expertise in actual project assignments under the direction
and supervision of senior technical personnel.

OUR FACILITIES
LST's facilities include a well-equipped, state-of-the-art office in Metro
Manila, spread over an area of 12,500 square feet. It houses
the latest hardware equipment and software tools. We have complete facilities for
video conferencing, demonstration, training, technical
support and maintenance.
Communication links between our development
center and offshore clients for better software development and project
management can be easily established through Virtual Private
Network with our redundant 2MB ISP connections.
